How To Get A DFA Passport Appointment Online

Hi everyone!

To those who doesn't know, as of June 17, 2016 APO Productions Inc. handles the DFA Passport Appointment System. Yes you read it right, they have a new website! :)

Before anything else, what is an appointment system?
Appointment system simply means getting a schedule online (:

Okay, so join me as i share how i got an appointment through their new website; this applies for a new passport/passport renewal.

NOTE: Get a passport appointment as early as you can because they have limited slots.

1. First, go to www.passport.gov.ph
If the link doesn't work, try to type the web address on your browser.

2. Click "Schedule an Appointment" (red circle top portion)

3. Click the box then "Start Individual Appointment" or "Start Group Appointment". If something pops out, just click "OK".

4. Fill out the necessary information. Just click NEXT to go to the next portion.

5. After filling out all the information, you will see a confirmation at the end(Sorry i don't have a screenshot). Just confirm the said application.

6. Open your e-mail and look for the mail from DFA Appointment system. There are two links on the mail. First, for appointment confirmation. Second, to download your filled out appointment form.

NOTE:  Please don't forget to click your confirmation link. You only have 72 hours to do that. If not, your appointment is forfeited.
